NOMINATE A SHELTER HERO!

wHAT IS A

SHELTER Behavior HERO?

Shelter Behavior Heroes are people who have expanded their options and have gotten creative in the behavior and enrichment realm to help their local shelter or rescue. We want to recognize people, but we are also hoping to highlight new ideas to help the behavioral health of the animals we all care for.

As with most heroes, there’s no trophy or grand pawty but we WILL share their success on our social media and send them a downloadable certificate, so that they can share their achievement. Some projects that we want to hear about include things like repurposing cardboard boxes into cat play zones, or creating a new type of enrichment for bored shelter dogs and cats. (Want to nominate someone who recently completed a course with Shelter Behavior Hub? That’s okay! They’re heroes too!)

Enjoy the stories of our Shelter Behavior Heroes, and then scroll down and fill out our form. We want to hear about the people you know who are doing amazing things!
